Should I touch feature ... no ... but I love the screen size - it is AWESOME! highly recommended for those who hate reading the small screen ... so I can not go back to 17-inch ... While on the track - I think asking for a bigger screen, because I'm spoiled at home. This computer came with a damn remote ... yes you heard me a remote for watching movies / DVDs, I guess ... no I have not tried it .... This has great potential, but like everything you need to learn how to use it. Handling wise, it's great. Have not you seen the Blue Screen of Death and the speed is phenomenal. Hope this helps. The reasons I got it - big screen, i5 processor, 1T storage .... 16 of 21 people found the following review helpful. Great gift for students of the University of Glen this purchase as a gift for a student at the university have been made, our ideas of space and functionality, the daughter of the special conditions. The donation of more than expectations. In fact, I intend to buy or successor model to be replaced as soon as my current desktop. Speed, small size, capacity, lack of clarity of the wiring, touch control and the praise I heard from this student. 11 of 14 people found this review helpful. Could it be two lemons? L. Alessio ordered this computer with high hopes. It has a great sound. The first one was eventually returned after hours on the phone with technical support. She said it was a defective motherboard. OK, it happens, I suppose, and honored the company, to return. I ordered a second. That one kept problems, among them, ladybugs landing on the screen or breathing on the screen would be changed randomly. More hours (yes, hours!) On the phone with technical support. They finally said they would send a technician to repair it, they overnighted two boxes of parts (hey, the computer is only 10 days old!), And confirmed (three times), that the coach would come in four days. On the day of the appointment, I waited seven hours (call several times), and the coach does not appear. I can say that the computer was very good when it worked, but this level of frustration is not acceptable for me. I still have two sealed boxes of parts, no idea what was in them, and asking them to return to HP resulted in nothing. Of course, the Touchsmart seconds. The company honored their return policy of 21 days. Both times. I'm in an Apple all-in-one. Change is a challenge, but the shop in coaching is phenomenal, and I am very satisfied. Conclusion: I only had maybe two lemons, but the company really blew me so far. (Anyone want a couple of boxes of parts for this product? Free? Just pay the postage.)
