Very fast and reliable so far. I use for my programs are very intense work, using a 3D graphics software for my design and modeling of aircraft parts in solid modeling and wire for the aerospace industry. I bought the 25 inch HP which works very well with this HP. An excellent product. I highly recommend. Now they have lowered the price of almost $ 150.00 for the PC makes a purchase even better. 7 of 7 people found this review helpful. Nice and easy. T. Kranz I chose this particular HP because it was the only one in this price range that had a FireWire connection, in addition to USB ports. I would have preferred to another processor, but the process of Intel in it's fast enough to run Adobe CS4. HP bloatware is obviously a complete waste of time and disk space, but it can quickly uninstall After two months I am satisfied with this machine. 15 of 21 people found this review helpful. Gone are the days of Anthony Elrod Gone are the days, June 23, 2010 by Anthony Elrod (Seattle, Washington, USA) - See all my reviews This review is from: The HP Pavilion Elite Desktop PC HPE-250F (Black) (Personal Computers) Instead of a review, I'm also a shortened version of a letter to Mr. Mark Hurd, CEO of Hewlett Packard Dear Mr. Hurd, 27 April at 14:00 I got a Pavilion Elite Desktop that was defective and "dead in the box." I've been buying computers since 1992 and can accept this, but do not follow. (Order # 803 .........) repair from 6 pm to midnight, talking to people in India, with barely intelligible English the process extremely difficult. I had done tests over and over again and be endless wait in the middle. This was the incompetence Around midnight I was asked to do a "System Restore?" by his coach and said he would call back --- he never did and I was thinking that this is common. On April 28, convinced that the problem was beyond the abilities of its people offshore and not wanting to go back to the people I could not understand, who never called me back, and he put me on the interminable wait, I asked (for your warranty) to make someone a HouseCall here in Seattle, which was denied. I tried to access the U.S. support to no avail and ended up naming Sales - at least they spoke English. They basically told me "I was on my own" and I thought the phrase - "Abandon hope all ye who enter here" On April 29 I have your station Filipinos and repeated the same process for hours. One particularly grating was listening to the ad nausea parroted his message about the possibility of getting the housework while I languished in an endless wait. This is misleading and a lie rotting. My machine was brand new----a fact that wasn't even noticed by your techs until the third day After 20 hrs of my personal time had been chewed up, the dead machine was finally pronounced unfit and carted back by FedEx on April 30. On May 1, in one final exhaustive attempt to throw salt in my wounds, I received an email double charging me, and my Visa card was billed an extra $50 to boot. Come on Mr. Hurd, you are a great big Fortune 500 company, how hard is it to fix these things.....things I would expect if this was a David Packard startup in his Palo Alto garage. Best Regards A---- E---- Post Script---Yes there is a post script to all this. Hewlett-Packard again sent me a brand new machine---machine #2. After the initial setup, I couldn't get on the Internet. Once again I called your techs in India (Repair order #------858----). After about 5 hours, including a "face to face" and the usual endless tests, I went to bed. Since I wasn't willing to spend another 20 hours on the phone I sent the machine back for a refund Two bad machines in a row strains the credulity and the bounds of coincidence, but.
